Privacy policy
1. Information we collect
We collect account information (name, email, team affiliation), platform telemetry (feature usage, configuration changes), and operational data required to render Trading Agents dashboards. We never sell personal data. Client portfolio data remains under your control and is only used to power the experiences you configure.
2. How we use information
Trading Agents uses collected data to authenticate users, personalize insights, deliver alerts, improve product performance, and provide support. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics help guide roadmap decisions. We do not use customer data to train external foundation models.
3. Data retention & deletion
Insights, alerts, and audit logs are retained according to the retention policies you set inside the admin console. You may request deletion of user accounts or uploaded data at any time by contacting support@tradingagents.online. Backups are purged on a rolling 35-day schedule.
4. Security controls
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, multi-factor authentication, and continuous monitoring. Our infrastructure partners meet SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 standards. Detailed security documentation is available on request.
5. Your rights
Customers may access, correct, export, or delete personal information. Regional privacy regulations (such as GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA) are supported through our data request workflows. Contact privacy@tradingagents.online to submit a request.
Terms of service
1. Service eligibility
Trading Agents is provided to institutional teams and authorized users who agree to these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable regulations and internal policies.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other tenants, circumvent security controls, or use the service to distribute malicious content. We may suspend access if usage threatens system stability or violates law.
3. Intellectual property
All platform features, documentation, and branding belong to TradingAgents, Inc. You retain ownership of your data, analyses, and outputs. During the subscription term we grant you a non-exclusive right to use the service.
4. Disclaimers
Trading Agents delivers intelligence to assist decision-making; it does not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. Markets carry risk and you remain responsible for trading outcomes.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingAgents, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid during the preceding twelve months.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update this page to reflect product or regulatory changes. When material updates occur, we will notify administrators through the platform and email. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance.
